Hello All, I bought a Showcase Miniature MOW Ford truck a while ago and I painted it all up and started to detail it and now I realized I lost the crane portion to the truck. I already emailed Showcase and they don't have parts available for replacement, so no luck there. Does anyone have any suggestions as something I could use for a substitute? I would try to create something similar from styrene shapes. Just be creative and make something similar.
I did a little digging tonight. Tomytec produced a few lumber trucks with a crane that could be adapted with little effort. They produced two cab types, one from the 70's and one current generation Hino.
