I tried watching the video, but I got a Youtube screen saying, "Sorry, this video cannot be edited."

I can clearly hear the wheels clicking on rail joints. Which to me sounds very good!

Looks great, Mike. Sweet looking scenery, and the fascia works well.

Very nice video and timing. What did make your fascia out of? I need to add a fascia soon.

Thanx, must have taken the vid from the edit screen...OOPS... I used foamcore for the fascia. Just make sure you're hands are clean. it stains easy. Probably could coat it with a flat spray to keep that from happening.....Mike

Really like the video, but then again, your layout was impressive form the get go.

In a sidebar, what are your thoughts on the H4? I've toyed with the idea of getting one for a while, but having a hard time taking the plunge.

Thanks Chris ! The H4 is a nice loco. It ran real well from the first. Its quiet and smooth, most of the time. I have noticed a bit of surging at times when its running slow, but that could be because its at its tonnage limit. It will pull 10-12 cars on a level track, which is fine for me, but don't expect much on any kind of grade. Still has the Bachmann decoder in it, and I can find no real problems with the way it preforms . Think I paid about 190.00 for it at my LHS. If you want one I would look for it ASAP. The C & O ones are kinda hard to find......Mike

Great looking scenery/backdrop! A little bullfrog snot will make a HUGE difference in your 2-6-6-2 pulling power. Mine will now pull 25 cars effortlessly.

Very good scenery ! I like the clacking of the rail , reminds me of my youthful experinces on passenger trains here in the northwest US .. so you have accomplished what most artists attempt to do and the better ones achieve .. relate the scene to the person viewing it and you have done a nice job of that for me !!!

Thanks Bob , I did try BFS on a couple other locos. It worked, but I wasn't real satisfied . It seemed to have a negitive effect on the power pick up. Had it pretty thin, but I think it raised the drivers just enough to make the pick up slightly worse. I run short trains anyway, as the layout is small, so I an fairly satisfied with the stock loco....Mike

Thanks Man !!I use metal wheels on all my cars, so it can get a little loud..LOL. Still working on the scenery. I've always been impressed with the pics of some of the German-European layouts I've seen. ......Mkike
