I'd be in again. It really was a motivator last winter!
Hmm, do T-Trak modules count?
I am also in if we do IWLP3. Excellent progress made during the last one. Jamie
I believe if you can make progress, you're in!
I missed out last year but I might have a project or two that would take 4 - 6 weeks to complete.
I don't think I'll officially join. I do believe I will do some heavy looking on while keeping the momentum I presently have.
Well, this might be what I need to get from phase 1 (track plan on paper and plenty of purchases laying around) and phase 2 (building the dang thing).
We just spent a bunch of money building 400 square feet of new livable space on our house, just for the purpose of building the transcontinental PRR. I will definitely participate this year.
Yes, the next installment is just one week away!!
In the northern latitudes, the calendar shows Autumn changing into Winter on December 21, so we'll start our 3rd Annual International Winter Layout Party on the weekend before the 21st...next Friday, December 17, 2010. I'll make the formal announcement of the 3rd IWLP in its own thread this weekend, but the thread will be locked until our Official opening next Friday.
That gives us a week to make out our TODO lists.
I'm pretty sure winter started here in the Twin Cities this weekend... :tb-wink:
I'd say so
I had a 4-foot deep snow drift across my driveway this morning, and that was BEFORE the snowplow added to it...
Gentlemen, start your pencils!
Yes, time to get your 'other' list made.
And think 'obtainable' - you'll feel a lot better if you have to add on another project vs. if you don't get your original one completed.
I'd suggest you focus on a section (such as a single junkyard) or maybe build a single structure -- and then go from there if you finish.
Be specific as possible. See the first post in this thread for previous parties and their projects - and then see who actually got done!
Thanks Dave!!! You rock
