SCL fans and modellers should be real happy about Athearn's latest release, 3 GP-9s in the Phase II configuration and 1 in Phase III. Three of the units appear to be in SCL's black & yellow, one with the added phrase "Pulling For You." Hopefully this reinforces the rumour that Athearn will be offering GP-7s in ACL's "black maria" colors. One can only hope that they offer the two variations of this scheme and, maybe like the prototype, differing size heralds. In any case I'm in for four in ACL.
