    I ran across an article on SDP35's in the Diesel Era March/April 1993 issue, for those of you who might need more info. [​IMG] According to the article, CSX 4595 (pictured in the other thread) is the unit that was donated to the Hamlet RR museum. This unit was "restored" (paintwise) to SAL 1114.

    Wasnt that what they used the heater for back then? [​IMG] They should have put racks above the dynamics on units that did hilly lines. Cook food REALLY QUICK :D

    Dave,
    Believe it or not, I actually have a later picture of the same unit, which was "reassembled" and painted in CSX stealth type scheme.
