As many of you know I am building a short video of the Schnabel Car experience that came to Colorado to share with all that want a copy. What I'm posting at this time is LAST CALL for those that are willing to share their Photographs and Video's to combine into the final production. There are those that have made comments that they planned on sending me their material but so far have not arrived so I'm making one last call for material. Basically, I'm not going to sell this and nor should anyone else as this is just something I'm doing for myself and willing to make copies for those that want one as well so I am including the above statement within the video to protect your rights.
Still have a couple pics to add plus about 15 minutes of video. Still need to find out HOW to get it to you!! Do I deliverr my self, mail, .......??? Maybe arrange a meeting point over the upcoming 4 day weekend??
I finally got the time to complete the DRAFT version last night and will be checking what format can be produced.
Yes I did... All, The video is a bit over 61 Minutes in length. I tried out the RealPlayer but it's not worth viewing. I also built a WindowsMedia {Medium Resolution} and it fine in a small window and it's ~250MB so it would fit on a CDROM. At High Resolution it won't fit on a CDROM I plan to test out the VHS and DVD version next which should be the best formats. I have created it on a Digital Hi-8 tape (Sony Camcorder) and displayed it on the PC and TV and it look great so I'm sure VHS will also be great. To create a DVD I need to port the raw files to my other PC that has a DVD burner and see how it ports first.
Will be sending you back your VHS soon with a copy of my production added to it. WIll let yuo know whne I ship it since my schedule as normal is wired.
Sorry for the extremely long wait but I have now got this created into DVD format and it looks great. Ready for distribution!!!!!!! Send me a PM if you want a copy...
It is a superb work of art! Because of health and relation problems, I still haven't been able to go all the way through it, but one day, I'll lock the door! Thanks Darren!
