That EMD lease unit is pretty cool, I don't think I've ever seen one in person. The BNSF is pretty bland when it comes to power, it was a good day when you got a Citirail ES44 or a Warbonnet. I feel like Eastern railroading has a lot more variety in terms of short lines and regional railroads.

The Wheeling & Lake Erie is a bit of a mystery to me too. Even though it has 'Lake Erie' in the name, in the back of my mind, it was always a western railroad. Maybe the Rio Grande scheme confused me. I had never really considered where it operated, and since HO models aren't that common, I guess I never really needed to. I know that sounds bad, but I just had an epiphany moment seeing it in this video.

Ex-EMD lease unit, ex-Milwaukee Road SD40-2. The places that Milw unit has been, wow!
