Today in the hobby shop i saw rolls of N scale roads, they were made by a company named faller.
Im curious to know if anybody here has used them before and has anything to say about them?
They look like a good way to get straight roads to me.
Next time i am there i think i might get some and try it out
    thanks for any input [IMG]

I've seen those too...and wondered about them. You're talking about those rolled up hot top roads that are already striped and everything right?

    Yep, thats the one Hoss.
i think it costs about $6 AUS, but i cant actually remember.
I was wondering how you would make a bend in the road... it dosent look flexible :D

Lucky i only need a straight stretch of road.

100% of my roads and parking lots on my lay out are made with this product. I used the striped kind for my main road or highway. It’s self-adhesive and bends real easy to make curves. It does get tricky if you are trying to make a big curve like a u shaped curve on a mountain. I used the non-striped version for my side roads and parking lots.

Opps! I forgot to mention when I said self-sticking I mean it. When it is down it stays down so you have to get it right the first time. I did have to scrape some up and toss them and try a second time.

Thanks Warren, i will try to be careful in laying this stuff down. I didnt actually read on the package that it was self adhesive, but this is good because i wont have to glue it :D

i dont plan on having any u shaped bends in my roads so it should be easy to lay, just gonna keep it relatively straight.
