This is a building that could be a restaurant with a hotel above or a restaurant with sleeping rooms above rented by the day, week, month or longer or only a hotel.

It has two options for the front entrance. One is an extended entrance with two doors and the other has a flat front with a single entrance door.

Using the link below you will find the print files for the side stairs, railings and supports included with the building files. If you need stairs for another building you have I have some generic print files for stairs railings and supports that you might be able to use ( HERE ).

An interesting item. Sadly, a lot of us do not have a printer. :(

One can get into a filament printer or resin in the $180 to $250 range and depending on what you need for your layout they might pay for themselves very quickly vs. buying items. There are hundreds of train related items you can print with them now.

I have a couple Ender 3 Pro's, bought the second one when I thought the first was going bad but a $30 part fixed it. Also have a resin printer that I still haven't used. To start with the filament printer (Ender) you only need a $25 spool of filament and it will print a lot of items. The resin printer is going to need more up front money for supplies but not terribly bad. I haven't used the resin printer mainly because I'm lazy and it is more steps to get up to speed and I wouldn't want to use it in the house proper due to the smell. The Ender I have right in the living area by my computer so it is easy to design and print right away.

I love the printer and what I've been able to do with it and I'm sure I'll like the resin printer also once I get myself to start using it. I strongly encourage anyone to look into if it might be a good addition to their hobby equipment.
