For those who have and use Resistance soldering setups do you prefer the tweezers hand piece or the single electrode hand piece? and why?
I have bin thinking about getting a setup and giving it a try, but wanted to see what those who actually have one, think is better.
Micro Mart has American Beauty complete outfits on sale today
I'm looking at the 100w 120v models with either the single electrode or the tweesers

    What do you recommend?

I have never used Resistance soldering in Z scale, but have used it for building brass engines in O scale and G scale and once in HO, For work in Z scale on DCC decoders and hand laid rail I used a small iron 15 or 35 watt depending on the job, 15 for electronics and 35 for hand laid rail. As to which device to used I use tweezers with large pieces when adding to them to the model and single electrode when tacking parts on or filling in an incomplete joint.

Tweezers are way better, it lets you control the location of heat more precisely. For smaller parts the needle point is very useful.
