Hi, All In the past week or so I have completed these resin kits from Artitec and a couple of paper kits from MBZ (thanks, Pawel.) The resin kits were not like a previous kit from Artitec; they are solid blocks of resin with etched metal windows. Construction is simple. They only need to be painted. There is no way to add inside lighting. This mini-diorama is 6"x12" and includes a 3 track embedded rail siding. I have used 2 different thicknesses of sheet styrene to build up the road around the tracks. I am waiting for a suitable material for the inside track inserts. I am looking at laser cut paper inserts from a small German manufacturer for that. The paper kits by MBZ are the "long shed" and the "tool shed." They are very delicate and must be handled carefully when removing from their carriers. Sharp #11 blades are a must. I have lighted both of these buildings with nano LED's from Woodland Scenics. I have detailed the interior of the long shed with scraps from the scrap box. This mini-complex consists of 5 buildings, 3 are resin and 2 are paper. Overall, the grouping looks pretty good as a mini-scene. Once it was painted it was hard to notice it was just a block of plastic. The duct work on the roof is from the Kibri 6770 (the kit that keeps on giving....) I got a tip from a fellow modeler about "stippling" the paint instead of brushing it on with a conventional brush. It worked fine for this material. I'm not sure what I did when I posted the pix but I have to add commentary later. My computer skills are practically non-existent. Jim

Looks great. I really like the details and clutter.
