Has anyone renumbered one of these? I am planning to renumber and reletter with FW&D reporting marks and was curious what the best way is.

I have been told that Acetone is the best for removing Kato lettering, but I haven't tried it yet.

Acetone can be pretty nasty.....I don't think I'd use it on ANYTHING on my layout. I believe with Katos, the correct liquid is alchohol on a Q-tip. I've also heard that a rubber eraser is helpful along with a little automotive polishing compound.
