It is... I got two samples in N scale and I like them. Most of the N scale stuff (and there is a lot of it) can be used for Z scale, however, they just started bringing out Z as well, I see. Mind you, after the first page, what is listed under Z are N scale sheets.
The sheets are made of flexible material with a peelback-and-stick backside. Great color and realistic structure. Minor drawbacks: sometimes little holes (from casting bubbles?) and the material is not always exactly straight along the edges, which means you will have to cut a brick wall sheet so the top or bottom will be lined up with the line of bricks. I am currently using the N scale roofing for the Archistories engine house. I am wondering how well the adhesive will work. Will post pictures & lessons learned afterwards.

    Matt,
Interested to see what you come up with on the warehouse, and the use of this material. Always glad to see new materials hit the market that we can use. Send pics!!!(y)
