Red barns

    Here are a couple shots of a pair of CP Red barns - I think they are SD-40-2s (not sure - first time I ever saw them around here). Caught these today heading out of Grand Rapids, MI pulling X544 east.

    Beautiful pictures, especially the second one! What a bridge! Any boat traffic? The base of the bridge seems too close to the water for that. Looks like a boat launch behind it?

    Flash: Just "pleasure" stuff - fishing, pontoon, occasional jet skis.

    Lenny: This is the old C&O/Pere Marquette line from Lansing to Chicago - CSX now.
