    I'm glad I sent mine in.......although BNSF fan didn't have great luck. I originally was going to do the boards myself and then decided ir was Rapidos job to fix the issue, not mine. Everything went fine on my repair....the caboose made it both ways with no issues, and it worked when I got it back......and after a month and a half, the batteries still work, so the problem IS fixed by the new board. My only issue was lack of communication.......I got no notification from Rapido that my package had arrived, which sort of makes putting insurance on the package pointless. If the package gets lost or damaged, I can't put in a claim if I don't know. Rapido DID respond quickly when I did an inquiry, but most facilities let you know your package has entered their facility. They DID notify me when the package was on it's way back.

    Still waiting for my boards. Requested info from Rapido Sept 15th, awaiting news.

    Response received September 20th
    " The new boards have not arrived yet. They send some boards but it turned out that each one needed modifications to fit. Did you want one of those boards?"

    Decided to wait for new boards.
