    C&NW was a rare sight in Chattanooga but we did get a few that passed through. No C&NW pool agreement that I know of with NS and most likely this unit had been interchanges to the UP somewhere and UP sent it on east in place of one of their units. Of course back then, UP wasn't exactly common but we did get some.

    Heinz pickle car built upon a former PRR flatcar. No details on year or location, but the use of color film spent on a pickle car might indicate the post-war '40s or early '50s if we assume that automobile was not a current model.
