I watch this little short line as much as i can here in Tennessee. I saw a new loco yesterday-a GP10, i'm told, from the Respondek Railroad, #8294. Also, the Engineer says somebody just bought RailNet, and it will be re-named the Tennessee and Mississippi RR [or M&T, not sure which order]. This little RR has several small wooden trestle bridges where i get some really good photo ops. Never know what i'll see-they have a red loco with a Spanish name on it. Long live the short lines! curt

Photos? Background or history of these operations? Perhaps a map or web page?

That "GP10" sounds like an ex-ICG/IC unit?

I've got pictures a-plenty, just no way to get them posted here-tried the "free photo uploading" button and got told i was not allowed access. Looked at some of the locos history online-fasinating how they can be passed from small RR to small RR for years. Glad to see some of you guys are interested in this stuff. I'm a model RRer modeling branch lines in the present time with a theme of "we did it right". Got a good digital camera now, so having a ball. curt

    Curt-

Hang in there. You should soon be able to upload photos. The message you received when trying to sign on to upload, is because the old service host went away. A new one is coming soon! And it's going to be very nice! Then you can share those pictures!
