Use the program to open a photo. Hold down the left mouse button and drag a box over the section of the photo that you want to save as the cropped photo. Click Edit > Crop Save the photo. You are done. Charlie
I use a free program call XnView to crop and resize photos for Railimages. Just draw a box and hit "crop" then select "resize" and I type in 640 for the longest length, the other side will automatically fill in. Usually I save the resized photo in my computer using the same name, but add "small" behind it.
