I have been lauding all of you in the past. Today I issue a challenge: Let's see some STEAM. Thanks, Will.

Very nice collection of photos, and thanks, Bill, for choosing my M420.

So you want steam, eh? OK, I'll line something steamy up for you next week... ;)

Wow, "ask and you shall receive" worked, eh? Mr. SP, where was that shot of 700 taken? Also the one of 8444 in Greyhound paint. Judging from all the overpasses, LA? Thanks for the quick response !

    Jim:
The photo of 700 was taken in S.E. Portland near the north end of Brooklyn Yard.
The U.P. 8444 in Greyhound paint was taken at Albina Yard .
Number 5 is on the Oregon Pacific &Eastern in Cottage Grove..

Okay, it's a rather small 0-6-0T, but it visited the South Carolina Railroad Museum last Saturday. Former Vulcan-built for the Lehigh Valley Coal Company. It gets trucked around to various museums for special events.

I'd say they'd be great to see in the Weekly Proto Fun (hinthint)
