Three beauties! I can't pick a favorite from this set. 300 is gorgeous, 1308 is elegant in its clean and simple lines, and tha Rio Grande mallet is awe-inspiring....
NOW we're talkin'--all steam! Russell, I think 300 has been restored to it's former heritage and repainted without the bright colors. Co_riff, looks like 1308 has been well cared for. I photographed her at Huntington back in 1993. Keep up the STEAM work, Will.
Yeah, since the state leased the railroad operations out to a private firm they have been trying to go back to the original paint schemes.
