    GN441's Hotel looks like lovely place, very much upscale. Now about RFG 1001, what is it, and where is it? Apparently I missed C. Giustra's original post.

    It is. Very much so. Unless something has changed, you must reserve for two nights minimum. That's $600 bucks. Unless you are a railfan or cross country skier, it is really somewhat of an out of the way destination. So the prices seem rather stiff. Joe Average does not stay there.

    Anyhow, I sure like the CSX photo, having those old B&O markings still clearly showing.

    RFG 1001 looks like a GP7/9 that got rebuilt after a wreck, but they forgot to stop after the first cab was built...:teeth:

    Must be comfy, though.
