Well, I'm back picking this week and WOW, what a fantastic week of images were uploaded into RailImages this week making it extremely tough to pick a small few to highlight. It was so tough I couldn't even reduce my list to 4 images and I'm going with 6 this round. Keith NSFan14 Atomicfireball
NSfan14 has a very nice shot of the Katy on my old stomping grounds, the CNOTP "Rathole" District. A bunch of fellow railfans were following her reports from Kansas City to Atlanta where this train, NS 223 traveled to and from. If you noticed in the shadows, another NS train was waiting for her to clear the CP limits there at Bowen to head southward. Great shot NSfan14!!!

Thanks, BNSF Fan BNSF Fan posted that D&H geep in the last picture, but I have never seen one individual post so many good photos and do so consistently. I don't know where he is taking these pictures, but they are great! I am looking for next Wednesday's POTW selections right now and he has many great ones that I will not use because we don't feature the same individual twice in the same week. It is just one of the hazards of success, I suppose. In any case, I want to link to BNSF Fan's RaiImages album again and both thank him for his effort (in the snow) and for all the great pictures of unusual equipment. OTOH, I need to get into the prototype threads more. He must be using those photos somewhere, eh?
