"R" symbols on the CSX sytem are reroutes. This must be a rerouted "Q606" which would run whenever NS has the gumption to get it done. Your best bet to find one would be to sit trackside with a scanner and wait until you hear it.
Q606 should start running its normal schedule out of New Orleans Gentilly Yard across the NO&M on, or shortly after February 1st. I don't know any of the CSX train ID's, but I'll let you know if the scheduled re-start of freight trafffic on this line actually occurs.
