I'm offering a NIB (NEW IN BOX) NEVER BEEN RUN Con-Cor 2-10-2 Heavy with a Lenz Silver MINI Decoder installed So it's DCC. On the Internet This locomotive is sold as a DC only locomotive at a MSRP of $329.98. My price for a DCC version is $129.98. A savings of $200.00 and cannot be found anywhere on the Internet anywhere near my Price. It is a super deal.
Why even Wig-Wag sells a DC version for $224. And most sites are out of stock so it's availability is scarce.

    And Here comes my vent:
29 members have viewed this add and no one has even inquired about it. Can someone respond and say why? I'm completely confounded. If it was me I would at least inquire. And at this price if you did not like the paint or road name you could repaint it change road name and still come out way ahead.
    End Vent.

Am I doing something wrong in how I placed my add? Are folks comparing apples to oranges? Are my statements disbelieved? Did I provide to much information or not enough? What am I doing wrong?

I want the members to benefit from my downsizing and buy my stuff at the lowest price on the Internet.
    See ya

Perhaps it is not the right fit for those who have looked at it. So far...

Another thing- Despite loud gas passing noises from media, et al, a lot of people simply have little or even no disposable income right now. We have to pay our property taxes in two weeks. That's where our money is going. So we can keep a roof over our heads. Happy Thanksgiving? And forget about anything happening for Christmas, let alone model railroading.

Heck. I've been trying to sell some On30 stuff at bargain basement prices and have had no takers. So don't feel too bad.

    It happens.

If you really want to sell stuff, put it up for bid on eBay, there isn't anywhere near as much traffic on Trainboard. I haven't read your ad, but consider shipping it for free, that's always a nice enticement.

But yeah, sometimes it almost feels you can't give stuff away. The market seems to be saturated, and the people aren't buying because they don't have the cash or they don't really need it.

    Thanks Everyone
What you say makes a lot of sense. Yep my properity taxs were just paid. And whatever disposable income there is, will go for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
I thought that maybe I did not make a good add of did something wrong formating or wording my ad. I'll do it like a house that's up for sale to long and remove it from the market. And hope things improve. But due to current events I doubt it'll be much better next year.
