I never had issues before uploading images but for some reason I can't upload any images and its just this site on other sites I have no issues. When I upload or try to upload an image an exclamation mark appears next to the image and they are not large they are about 87 KB. I tried to upload it as it came of the camera without compression but I still get the little exclamation mark next to my image I try to upload. Anybody else have this issue?
What format are the pics in? TB only allows certain formats. some cameras have weird (.) dot formats. Just thinking.
So far, nobody else is noting such a problem. Your size is indeed good. Often when they come off a camera, (unedited), they seem to be much larger. As noted, format is definitely a possibility. Also, where are you uploading? TrainBoard Albums? RailImages?
I resize them in photoshop and save them in jpg format as I always have. Like I said I had no issues before just after the site was redesigned. I tried to load one in trainboard albums and even when I tried to upload on some new threads I started I still get an exclamation mark next to my pic when I try to upload they are 87KB so not large at all. I had to use the photobucket link to redirect.
When you try and link to the photo, make sure "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" is UN-checked. Jason
Another thought. If u r uploading to a TB album....have you run out of storage space? TB has a limit. Just thinkin...lol
No I didn't run out of space, because I erased four pics to upload one and it still will not let me upload.
If I go to the basic uploader its giving me a message saying my image exceeds my quota by 5.47MB. I erased four pics and I'm trying to upload two. This does not make sense because my images are 86KB.
I had the same problem when the new TB went live. Said I was over quota too :tb-wink: I just started using "Railimages". More space and easy to upload pics. JMHO
