Hello, Does the Fox Valley Models N 70271 GE ES44AC, Ferromex #4653 loco come with the newer Bright white LED headlights (DC board)? The white LEDs illuminate the ditch lights so much better than the older yellowish ones that FVM used in the past. Thanks, William upbnsffan@gmail.com
