I am wiring my n scale layout. On my last layout my sidings and spur tracks didnt vere far from the main, so i only had a pair of bus wires under the main and ran longer feeders from spurs to the main bus. On this layout i do have some track further away from the main. So question is do i branch the bus wires to follow under all track keeping feeders as short as possible, or run longer feeders and only have a pair of bus wires under the main line. Layout is dcc 90 ft main line run Feeders 20 gauge solid(smallest i could find) Bus will be 14 gauge Thanks Joe
PM me and I can send you a link to a great wure vendor with smaller wire. If you split the layout into 3 or 4 power districts, you can use 16 gauge and be fine and save a little cash.
