LUGO- Laid Up Good Order LUBO- Laid Up Bad Order LUFS- Laid Up For Sale LUPE- Laid Up Pending Evaluation (do we repair it, sell it, or scrap it?) All the SD9s are ex-BN. IIRC, the Port of Tillamook Bay RR got about 10 or so SD9s from BNSF, all ex-BN and all except one high-hood. Except for the GP9, all of POTB's diesel fleet is (I believe) SD9s.
