I have a Paragon2 steam locomotive. It is currently programmed to operate using "rule 17" lighting effects. However, the intensity of the headlight when dim is barely perceptible. Is there a cv that controls the headlight intensity when using rule 17? I've downloaded the manual from the BLI web site, but as a novice, I'm not making much headway. Would appreciate any help.
