EVERYONE !! I just read a PRO-Amtrak essay written by Eugene Skoropowski , Director of the Capitol Corridor out in California. It is absolutely THE best PRO-Amtral essay I have EVER read. After reading it yourself, see if you do not agree. He has put into words EXACTLY the thoughts that Congress needs to hear about passenger-rail service in this country. Go to the Trainorders site. After reading it, see if you do not agree with me when I say it is THE best PRO-Amtrak essays EVER written. Congress needs to receive MULTIPLE copies of that essay !!!
