    Hello everyone.
New to this forum, and from Sweden, so I apologize in advance for my English.

My brother is building a new layuot in scale 0. His knowledge in electronics and computers is very basic so it's up to me to get things running. I don't have any layout myself but I've been playing around with DCC++ for a while and I like building instead of bying things.

The room is 7 x 3.5 meters and there is going to be 3 stations and about 50 turnouts. The track is from Lenz and all turnout motors are powered and controlled via DCC from track. Rolling stock is most from Lenz and they are quite heavy . I haven't checked how much power they need yet, must lay some track first.

The question I have to you who have large layouts, what is best practise?
One large "motorshield" to power the whole layout?
    Or several boosters?

Must be able to drive, maybe 3-4 loco's at the same time and a couple of turnouts, and maybe something else.
I understand that there is no simple answer but I'm just interested in how other people do.

    /Goran
