    Here's what I was getting up to over the Rainy Easter Holiday.

    Some weathering experiments with a detailed Athearn Box car (original paint by Athearn) I was basing the model after this Soo Line prototype at Graham Stockfeld's Soo Line Photo Archive

    And I built and added a couple details to a P2K covered hopper. The weathering is a bit less extreme [​IMG]

    Wow! Very well done gentlemen! Paul, your town scene looks great. I've been having some problems trying to make roads. I've tried the woodland scenics kit, but that just made a big mess and is cracking and falling apart in several spots. What did you use if I may ask?

    Jerry I use wet and dry (sandpaper) all I did was glue it in place then use a brush with some chalk to colour it, it's as simple as that
