Over the last several Weeks, BNSf has had Pool power from CSX, KCS,NS and even UP on their coal trains? Either they're cheep, or they just want to Make us Railfans much more open to Coal train after Coal train.
Prolly just collecting horsepower-hours while making the delivery. Likely, there's an even amount of BNSF power on foreign rails paying back those HP-hours.
