I`ve uploaded some pictures to Railimages a few days ago. After one day I received an e-mail from a guy that took two pics for some changes with Photoshop. I guess he`s done an outstanding work. [IMG]

Had to look twice, Stefan. Excellent modelling and photos, with or without the enhancements! [IMG]

I couldn't help myself! I had some time on my hands, so I played around with your first picture. Among the many changes are a completely replaced UP engine, a helicopter, trackside details, a tree in the background, a building w/water tank in the background, exhaust simulation, signal tower, etc.

I enjoyed the photos you posted - those were neat!

OK, a question, WHO was playing with the loco numbers???? :D 4501 on the cab, an 5401 on the bugboards! Someone wasn't payin attention! HA! [IMG] OR, the motive power paintshop , wasn't paying attention when that Railroad decided to paint the loco, an 2 different guys were working on that one loco! :D

EDIT: I need to learn how to depress keys fully!

I think I've solved the mystery of the mis-matched numbers. Here's a photo taken shortly before the other photos were taken:

    That solves it eh?

John, the mis-matched numbers where my fault. I painted, decaled and weathered the loco and after I shot the pictures, I saw the bug. The locos number is 4501. 45 = SD45, 01= the first of this type. But my modelrailroad is freelance and for me, the guys in the High Desert & Sierre shop did a bad work. It was a monday [IMG]
Dave, you did an exellent work [IMG] [IMG] I wonder how many hours do you spend with Photoshop [IMG] Thank you. [IMG]

    Stefan,

I work with Photoshop a whole bunch. I'm a graphic artist, and using Photoshop is a huge part of the job as you can imagine.

That's why I just couldn't help but to play around a little bit with the image when I saw yours!

Good idea, I've enjoyed this thread
