1963 was the year big changes occurred for the trackside buildings in Patchogue. That is when the depot that is currently in operation opened. Wasn't the previous Ronkonkoma depot also was built in 1963? Were the 1963 Rokonkoma and Patchogue depots built with similar designs?

Thanks NYANDW. I thought I read somewhere that Ronkonkoma was built in 1963, but when I checked the reference (Morrison, David D LIRR Stations. Arcadia Publishing, 2003), the SEP 37 opening date is correct.
