Well, kind of slow going but I have two of the three Elk River GP-10 noses done. All three of the Elk River RR GP-10's are ex ICG. These are fun but I need Horst filters before I can go further, Walthers is out of stock Maybe Wig Wag Trains has some? The Elk River operates on the old B&O in Gassaway West VA. They have a colorful blue, gray and red paint scheme. This is for a customer of mine, yet another Paducah from JTW. Now that I have posted, I have to keep going

Do you have a shot of the prototype Horst filter that you are modelling ? I just wonder if it would be difficult to scratchbuild something like that. EDIT: Somebody just snuck a post in while I was typing this. Nevermind! ---jps
ICG refitted their older Geeps with yoke filters. The makers or designers were Horst and Farr at the time. There are some also some others, but Farr and Horst made most of the refits. Farr filters have wider intakes than Horst filters. Kel
