Hi. I am shopping at a local hobby shop yesterday, having lot's of fun of course. I start chatting with a gentleman working there about Soundtraxx and Digitraxx.... He explains the ins and outs of these systems. After about an hour of chatting, Out Of The Blue, he invites me to an operating session he is having in a few weeks. UNREAL! He has these systems on his railroad and I will get to try them out. Damn, this is the world's greatest hobby isn't it???

I love this hobby... I was invited to visit an Ntrak club at a train show, and when I got there, not only did they tell me about membership like most clubs do, but they put a throttle in my hand and said go at it.
Another Canuck!! Grab those opportunities when you can, often they can be real door openers and another deeper step into the holly sanctum of model railroading. I was in Ottawa a year this past February with Army Cadets... froze my buns off.
