The LLL will ask before cracking plastic. I have a Bachmann Vandy tender that came with a Northern. The weight inside the tender is loose and shifting. I would like to open the tender and glue it in. Instructions do not show how to open. The only thing stated is that there is a drawbar, screw and two trucks. Can these be opened? If answer to above is yes, how?
The front of the tender is removable. There are three triangular trusses molded at the front. Below the center truss is a fine slot to fit a jewelers screwdriver in. You can pry the front off from this spot.
