Awesome! This reminds me of the night when a fellow Ntrak clubber debuted his waterfront module. He had just laid the ballast earlier in the day and had a small portable fan blowing on the track. We all got a good laugh when someone suggested that he put a dead fish behind the fan for the authentic low tide sea breeze smell.
HzG, I work near the famous Fulton Fish Market in Lower Manhattan. On a good day, railfans in Chicago can get a whiff.
It's even more impressive when you realize what the starting point was! I recognice the Kibri towboat under all those nets! I have one on my layout named the "Lynn N" (all my tugs are nomed for women who broke my heart. I have a fleet about as big as Foss) and I love the kits. Only problem is, they're impossible to come by. Nice work on the conversion.
Hi gang, thanks for the remarks, Watash, got to admit that I haven’t had much time to run the trains just lately. Decorating the damn house (scrapping off old wallpaper – geewizz, what a mess, worse than taking a railroad down and starting again) [ 24 March 2002, 18:24: Message edited by: Paul Templar ]
