We are in the process of getting things packed up and our house on the market to sell hopefully. After all the remodelling it and getting carpet and fun stuff like that I am ready to sell it. I don't have much time for anything else right now so I will be hit and miss for a little while.
I got all of my nscale trains out of the house lastnight. Got a little nervous having my truck bed filled over the bed with my trains. They all made it and are safe and sound at the holding place for now. I can't wait to get moved out and back in so I can start on my layout finally.

Yeah I am scared of that right now. I am hoping that somebody wants to downsize. We are in the minority and want to upsize. We are looking at ahouse that we will be in until retirement. Not a bad idea but selling ours is the first step in the process.
Good luck Clint. We have done the same recently - sold a smaller home and moved to bigger with a view of not moving again. The whole selling/buying process is as stressful as you allow it to be, and with us it was a matter of selling low and buying lower.
