some time ago I could by buy very cheap a USA trains NW2. As I had some time I started weathering it, it is now almost finished, but I took already a couple of pics so I can see what I should still slightly change. Paul [ 14. February 2005, 16:20: Message edited by: Rappannahock Terminal ]
Thats really nice. I have to say the level of detail you can get, even with weathering, is really awesome on the larger scales. Once again, very nice.
Paul, that has to be the most realistic weathering job that I have ever seen on a plastic locomotive! AWESOME! Russ
Thank you for all the nice comments But weathering is not that difficult but it takes a lot of practice and testing of all sorts of techniques This one was just weathered following my own ideas without using a pic of an existing model. Paul
Outstanding! I've been trying to get to that level of weathering for 30 years and never managed to even get close. So I've got three or four diesels that you can do when you drop over. Thanks for the incentive. Dave
Great thing Paul, Finally found another Conrail fan at this side of the Atlantic. Want to show this great machine at the Rail show in Leiden September 30th and Octobers 1 and 2? Would be nice. Gert
