Very nice detail and color scheme Pray! I can remember seeing NP's from my earlier days. I think your decals are set very nicely too. Thanks for your entry! Bill "Get Goosed on the Yreka Western"
Verrrrry nice paint job. I'm curious - where did the trucks come from? Were they a drop-in, or was a lot of work required? Congrats on a great entry!
Man oh Man! This is going to be a tough contest. I wish I had time to enter my F's, but I don't think it's going to happen. I don't have a scanner of digital camera for my personal use. If I could get it in, I'd be off the hook for having to cast a vote on the best. I couldn't give you an answer right now because they are all magnificent! ------------------ RAILROADING-TO-THE-MAX, Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Style! Brent Tidaback
The trucks are B-Unit trucks that I modified by making a mold and casting the C axle. They have fake styrene wheels that ride 500 microns off the rails...Really! It runs great, and you have to turn it upside down to see that the trucks are fake. Sneaky trick huh? ------------------ Robert Ray The NP & UP N-Scale Railroad
Our contest ends April 30. We will announce our "winner" within a few days following. A reminder that the contest is not as much about winning or losing as it is just to see these wonderful works that all of you have created. Our Moderators will be the judges and will attempt to judge based on the photos but not on the actual quality or size of the individual photo. Charlie ------------------ Ship It On The FRISCO!
