    I grew up seeing this every day in the park in my hometown. It now has a shelter over it but it is not in great condition.

    What's the wheel arrangement? I didn't realize Lloyd Stagner lived in Newton. He has a few books published. :D

    Interesting idea for a project. I've seen a few Stagner books. RI and such. Figured he had a connection to the plains area. Did you know him when you lived there?
