At Ztrains we'll be starting a new article series next week (week ending January 12, 07) titled "Z Scale Guest". Initially this article series will be in the Q&A format. We'll be talking with some interesting people involved in the Z scale world, gaining a little insight into their views of Z. Our first guest is going to be Reynard Wellman of Micron Art, maker of the new Pratt truss bridges. If you have any suggestions for specific topics or questions you'd like Reynard to address, you can go to the Ztrains homepage and click on the "send us your suggestions" link, or use our new Contact form: http://www.ztrains.com/pages/contact/contact.html This looks to be a fun series of articles, and we'd like you to be involved. Thanks, John Cubbin Ztrains.com http://www.ztrains.com Z Scale (1:220) Model Railroading
This new series of articles should be some fun Robert, you know you may have to be targeted as a future guest too John http://www.ztrains.com
John, what a great idea. I found no better z embassador the Robert. Lot of stuff of what I do is because of him. He has inspire me to repaint my engines, and add decoders to them. Thanks Robert.
All of my inspirations come from N Scalers who have done it all. I am just copying stuff and shrinking it to Z Scale. Since I am first and formost a modeler, my goal is to get all the NP models I need in Z Scale. I can only make so much, but if I do my part by contributing, just like everone else here is doing, then we can grow the scale, and get more N and HO converts. As we get more converts, we will get more stuff manufactured. Now we have the big guys like MTL, and AZL cranking out stuff, and each new release brings more converts, which keeps the cycle going. It's a real fun time to be in Z!
