    Harold, those are great, but don't you know there is no future in those diesel creatures? Go look at Steam and Railfan events to find out what the real future of the BNSF is all about. They have revived steam as the preferred passenger mode of travel, much to the delight of those of us who enjoy travelling by rail. ;)

    Harold, I'm sorry, I missed those. Nice indeed. Some of the 3985 shots--between Victorville and Barstow in 1984? I was there too. Where did you get the ones shot from up high? :confused:

    Fitz, my steam shots were taken last year and the aerial shots were taken at LA Union Station from the LACMTA building.
