With the gas prices where they are, (I saw $4.29 in Newport today) I just had to do this. Not ready for hybrid yet, found a slick Honda Civic EX with lots of goodies, and possible 40 mpg. Just had to do it.:tb-cute:

Flash, yes, it's new. 2008 model with about 150 miles on it now. I need to go practice driving it as I'm off railfanning this coming weekend. It has a lot of computer geek stuff on it. :tb-biggrin:
I have the four door, and they have nice pick up. I will sacrifice the mileage for another 30 horses. I just wasnt ready to order a hybrid. If you order one, you might as well write a blank check. I suppose to get 30 mpg in the city, but I cant drive that slow, but I am getting much better mileager then my old Corolla. I love Hondas. I have a Odyssey and the Civic. The only time I didnt own a Honda in the last twenty five years I bought the Corolla. I was sorry that I did it.
