In case anyone else has a problem, the link to the bookstore in the post came up with a 404 when I clicked it, but when I copied/pasted it into the browser it worked ... ?!?

Definitely a great book. Highly recommend it as well as the other books on design. Lance - any reason there were no CSX locos in the pictures of the book? Just wondering if they gave you some sort of problem with publishing them previously.
