    Hello to all

My name is Matthew and I have just joined this group. I also go by the name Schmuck. I live in Nova Scotia Canada. Truro to be exact. I am a retired Naval officer with the RCN. I have been dabbling in model railroading for many years mostly in HO and N but recently got involved in Z scale. I am not going to go into why I got into this scale as my answer would take several hours to write and read. Let me just say I saw this scale in a hobby show in Halifax and I was quite intrigue with the size of the engines, cars and so on and I thought that now that I am retired, it might be something I might like to get into which I have and I find it most interesting. I'm hoping that I will be able to connect with other Z scale modellers as I have some questions to ask.
    Cherio.

Welcome aboard Matthew and thanks for your service with the RCN. I worked with the RCAF back in the '60's on CF-104s.
