After beating my head againest the wall looking for the font I wanted to use for a new GVR logo I finaly got smart and asked for help from some of our more graphically inclined members. This is the new GVR logo designed by our own Russ Hoffman(should have asked him in the first place ).You will start to see GVR locos and rolling stock with this new logo within the next 90 days scheduling permitting. Very nice Russ! Smacks of CN etc. wet noodle, but more square-ish, if that males any sense! Should add a bit of style to Catt's GVR
Very nice...Good to see ya updating the logo. I'm sure the GT, CV, and CN will be happy you are following the family tradition. It looks really good. Are the colors of the GVR staying the same? Or are you changing them too? I can't wait to see them with the new logo..Way to go.

Well guys the finance department of the GVR has allocated the needed funds for the new logo and it will be ordered today. With a little luck the first locos with the new logo will be unveiled here within the next two weeks. [ 15 April 2002, 17:37: Message edited by: Catt ]
