Evening everyone, Santa stopped by the shop today to see how his new locomotive is progressing. It still needs a bit of paint work but he seems happy with it. I still have the Eggliners that do a good job but after this many years I figured the entire train has traveled the equivalent of the distance from New York City to Chicago more or less. What amazes me is that the most used Eggliner has required nearly no maintenance and as for the cars, other than cleaning the axles and a little lithium grease the cars have needed no maintenance at all. I don’t find many other products that function as well as model railroading. Rick H.
